No Returns Policy

Due to the personal nature of fragrance products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on our handmade perfume under any circumstances.

All sales are final.

Refund Eligibility

Although we do not accept returns, customers may be eligible for a refund in the following situations:

1. Damaged Item on Arrival

If your perfume arrives broken, leaking, or visibly damaged during shipping, you may qualify for a refund.

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photos of the product and outer packaging are required.

2. Defective Product

If the spray mechanism does not function properly upon first use or the product is unusable due to a manufacturing defect.

  • You must notify us within 5 days of delivery.

  • Photo or video evidence may be required.

3. Incorrect Item Sent

If you receive the wrong product, we will issue a refund once the issue is verified.

  • Contact us within 5 days of delivery.

4. Lost in Transit

If your package is officially confirmed as lost by the shipping carrier, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement.

5. Duplicate Payment

If you were accidentally charged more than once for the same order, we will refund the duplicate charge.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Personal preference (e.g., you do not like the scent)

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Incorrect shipping address entered at checkout

  • Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier

  • Minor variations in scent tone or color due to small-batch production

  • Requests made after 5 days

Failure to provide required information may result in denial of the refund request.

Refund Processing

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
