Purchase Options

We offer the following purchase options:

1. In-Stock Orders

Items that are currently available and ready for dispatch within 1–3 business days.

2. Pre-Orders

Items that are produced upon order and require 3–5 weeks for preparation and delivery.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the applicable processing timeframe.

Cancellation Policy

In-Stock Orders

  • Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not been processed or shipped.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  • After shipment, the order is subject to our Refund Policy.

Pre-Orders

Because pre-order items are handmade and produced specifically for you:

  • Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed.

  • Production begins shortly after purchase.

  • Pre-orders are considered final sale.

By placing a pre-order, you agree to the extended production timeline and no-cancellation policy.

Order Modifications

Requests to modify shipping details must be made within 12 hours of purchase.

We cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.

Right to Refuse or Cancel

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Suspected fraud

  • Payment authorization failure

  • Errors in pricing or product information

If we cancel your order, a full refund will be issued.
