Shipping Area

We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) only.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Processing & Delivery Time

In-Stock Orders

Orders for items that are in stock are processed and delivered within 1–3 business days.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items require production time and will be delivered within 3–5 weeks from the date of purchase.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the extended processing and delivery timeframe.

Business days exclude weekends and UAE public holidays.

Shipping Rates

  • Flat Shipping Rate: AED 25 per order

  • Free Shipping: Available on orders equal to or above AED 450

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

Delivery Information

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier services or incorrect address information.

  • If an incorrect address is provided, additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect information:

  • The courier may reschedule delivery.

  • Additional charges may apply if redelivery is required.

  • Refunds will not be issued for failed delivery attempts caused by customer error.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photo evidence of the damaged item and packaging is required.

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.

Lost Packages

If a package is officially confirmed as lost by the courier, please contact us for assistance.

Packages marked as “Delivered” by the courier are considered fulfilled, and we are not responsible for loss after delivery confirmation.
